ENGR EKAETE INYANG, APWEN, ORS WELCOME FIRST FEMALE NATIONAL PRESIDENT OF NSE TO AKWA IBOM STATE

Engr.. Ekaete Aniefiok Inyang joined Association of Professional Women Engineer in Nigeria (APWEN) in welcoming Engr Margaret Aina Oguntala, National President of Nigeria Society Engineers (NSE) to Akwa Ibom State.
She congratulated her on her historic achievement as first female President of the NSE in its 65 years of existence.
Engr. Oguntala was elected at the extraordinary general meeting held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 and she will be steering the affairs of the society for the next two years.
The visit will avail Engr. Oguntala an opportunity to further enshrine her vision for the NSE which include promoting the implementation of the Presidential Order 5, forstering effective collaboration among engineers, enhancing the welfare and capacity of engineers, and encouraging STEM education in our citadels of learning.
Engr Ekaete Inyang is the first female fellow of NSE in Akwa Ibom State and serves as Board Member of Akwa Ibom State Environmental Protection and Waste Management Agency (AKSEPWMA).
