Being thankful and expressing your gratitude is an important part of being happy in life. Finding the proper way to thank God for His generosity, or even reminding ourselves just how much we have to be thankful for, can be rewarding year-round.
Whether you want to sing praises or offered anything in thanksgiving, or to thank someone for a gift, or in an act of kindness, attendance to a special day, or any number of things, this thanksgiving will always provide you with the inspiration and the grace to receive more from God Almighty. Pastor Andrew sounded.
As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them even as we continually affect the lives of others positively. Do not live the life of taking always but do the little you can by also adding values to the lives of others. This is what God requires from us.
He reminded members that Christmas is a season of giving and thanksgiving.
According to Joel 2: 25 to 26, God said “I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the canker worm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.
It is also important to note that we thank God always because He answers our prayers. Jeremiah 33:3.
We thank God for what he has done.
Psalm 136:1 says….” Give thanks unto God for all things, for His mercy endures forever. O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endured forever. … give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endured forever.
We have endless reasons to thank God always
