JUFOT MEETS WITH IMMEDIATE CONSTITUENCY, SOLICIT SUPPORT FOR SUNDAY JOHNNY AND OTHER PDP CANDIDATES.

It was a homecoming for the the group head and managing director of JUFOT PETROLEUM, Mr. Josiah Ufot Josiah; a business magnet and former house of assembly aspirant; as he met with his immediate constituency earlier today. The meeting which took place at the Abak Ishiet civic hall had indigenes in their numbers turnout in honour of the convener.
Mr. Josiah Ufot who is a believer of Henry Ford’s doctrine of success which posits that “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” said he was there to mobilize support for the candidacy of Mr. Sunday Johnny for the Onna State Constituency seat at the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly come 2023 elections as well as other Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidates at all levels.
Mr. Ufot expressed gratitude to the governor, Mr. Udom Gabriel Emmanuel and solicited for support for his completion agenda and a smooth transitioning of government. JUFOT also used the occasion to express profound gratitude to his community and indeed all his supporters during the nomination processes of the contest, he urged them to support and vote for Mr. Sunday Johnny, adding that progressive politicking requires alignment and realignment. He affirmed that the only party with the requisite economic and political manpower to produce and consolidate on the peace and progress so far recorded in the state is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) therefore, electorates should not fall prey to the deceptions that comes as promises from other political parties.
Responding on behalf of the political class, Hon. (Elder) Ekerette Udoekpo_a one time Transition Chairman ONNA Local Government and former Chapter Secretary of PDP_ appreciated Mr. Ufot’s gesture and also assured him that he will work in partnership with him to ensure the success of the party and all of its candidates in the forthcoming elections. Hon. Udoekpo also admonished the youths and the entire community to vote for PDP. Mr. Etini Nwa _ PDP Youth leader Awa 3_ also spoke in glowing terms of this convener.
In a separate remark, the village head of Abak Ishiet, Etidung Aniefiok Benson Ekim, thanked JUFOT and his entourage for toeing the path of peace, brotherly love and unity. The monarch, expressed delight in the exceptional personality of Mr. Josiah Ufot and remarked that his character defies that of a typical politician. He however, decry the absence of infrastructural amenities, praying that as they support Mr. Sunday Johnny, they will begin to record these democratic deliverables. Others who spoke at the town hall meeting were, Chief Ekim Sylvanus, Chief Nsikan Henshaw and Mrs. Anthonia Ernest, all spoke in agreement.
