Coastal Allstars SC Onna, a recreational sports outfit domicile in Onna Local Government Area, yesterday engaged Pegasus Allstars FC Eket in a novelty football encounter to herald the Opening of Mourning House activities for Late Eteidung (Hon.) Friday Sunday Udonsek, Village Head of Ikot Ebidang Community and elder brother to an esteemed member of the club, Elder Godwin Udonsek.
The football duel had captain of industries and political bigwigs as spectators and the players left nothing behind in trilling the crowd to high-class football artistry.
The kickoff was done by a seasoned technocrat, Prince Ubong Udonsek and was accompanied by his dear wife. On his entourage also were the Football Association President in Onna and one time Secretary/Supervisor of Onna Executive Council, Hon. Nda Nda; the Chief Executive Officer of Imaco Plaza; President of Coastal Allstars SC, Hon. Kingsley Johnny; Divisional Police Officer of Onna Police Division, Prince Jossy and vice Chairman of pegasus Allstars Mr. Imo.
At the end of regulation time both teams retired to the deceased compound for a sumptuous entertainment and dancing session.
Coastal Allstars SC Onna made bold thier statement of consolation to the immediate family and their esteemed elder.
