Finalists have emerged in the ongoing Inter-Secondary Schools football competition in ONNA sponsored by ONNA USA Houston.
In first semi final match between Government Secondary School Okat and Community Secondary Comprehensive School Ikot Akpan Ishiet, Government Secondary School Okat emerged victorious. They showcased a remarkable performance that humbled their opponents with two unreplied goals that were scored at the twilight of the encounter.
Similarly, in the second semi final match, ONNA Peoples High School Abat faced off against Afaha Inang Community School, and ONNA Peoples High School Abat managed to secure a hard-fought victory. Their determination and skills allowed them to edge out their opponents from Afaha Inang Community School.
Both Government Secondary School Okat and ONNA Peoples High School Abat have proven their mettle in the competition, earning their spots in the finals.
The much-anticipated third place and final matches are scheduled to take place on Wednesday, December 13th, 2023 at Akpabio Udo Ukpa Sports Stadium ONNA.
Immediately after the trophies presentation, guests will converge at the palace of the Paramount Ruler of ONNA for a Get-together/Fund Launch.
