PDP WARD TOUR: ONNA WILL VOTE IN UMO ENO, SUNDAY JOHNNY, OTHER PDP CANDIDATES FOR CONTINUITY, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. -EMEM BOB
The Akwa Ibom State Commissioner for Economic Development Mr. Emem Bob has assured that the people of ONNA Local Government Area will vote massively for the PDP’s Candidates in the upcoming general elections.
Mr Emem Bob gave the assurance while speaking in Ikot Edor, on Friday, 3 February 2023, at the ONNA PDP Ward tour, at Oniong West ward 1 and Ward 3
The ONNA Born grassroot politician stressed that the resounding, excellent show of support accorded to the PDP by the people of
Oniong West ward 1 and Ward 3 is deserving because the have benefited greatly from the party, ONNA people will support the party for continuity, betterment, economic development and Sustainable Peace.
He restated that ONNA LGA has benefited massively from the peace initiative of his Boss, Mr Udom Emmanuel led-administration, and since peace is fundamental for economic growth, it was only ideal to preserve the peace enjoyed, hence the excellent decision to support the Peoples’ Democratic Party across.
Mr. Empowerment as he is popularly known said he was very optimistic that the Peoples Democratic Party will emerge victorious at the polls and that Oniong West ward 1and 3 will vote for all the PDP candidates, from His Excellency Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as President, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno as Governor, Barr. Ekong Sampson, as our Senator, Rt. Hon. Okpolupm Ette as our House of Representative Member and Mr. Sunday Johnny as our House of Assembly Member
In his welcome address, the PDP Chapter Chairman in ONNA, Barr. Ubong Adiakpan thanked the people of Oniong West ward 1 and Ward 3 for being steadfast while supporting the party. He appealed to the supporters never to fall for the antics of the opposition, but rather vote for the party that has delivered the dividends of democracy.
Also speaking, the Member representing Eket Federal Constituency, Hon. Pat Ifon advised the people of Oniong West ward 1 and 3 never to take anyone seriously; who once has under his control the highest portfolio, but rather than being a blessing to them, inflicted more pain on the people.
