Madam Stella, an Aide to the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom and attached the office of the First Lady yesterday had a meet and greet session with the women of Ikot Obio-Eket Village in ONNA Local Government.
While exchanging pleasantries with the voting population of the community she informed on the need for them to replicate thier feat and vote massively the umbrella party, PDP for the sustainability of the existing peace in the state.
Pastor Umo Eno as a successor to amiable Governor shall leverage on his giant strides and consolidate on the Completion Agenda of Governor Udom Emmanuel.
In company of her son, Hero, Madam Stella further admonished the women to often consider the elderly amongst them even as she state that Ikot Obio-Eket shall remain her political capital regardless.
There was call for new registrants to avail the opportunity as extended by INEC to get thier PVC as the instrument for maintaining peace in the state.
The women of the community tacitly channelled thier expectations to the Governor’s Aide with a call for a sequel.
Ikot Obio-Eket Community is one of the six communities that constitute Nung Oku Itina Group of Villages in the newly inaugurated Asuna Nung Clan, ONNA Local Government Area – unarguably the vote basket of ONNA LGA.
