In the spirit of the Yuletide, the BOT Chairman of Friends of Sunday Johnny and Dean College of Coordinator of the Maintain Peace Movement (MPM), ONNA, Ven. David Udonsek, has doled out hampers to a section of ONNA Media Community.
Speaking at the gathering which took place on Thursday at his residence, the Ikot Ebidang born Clergy, Politician and philanthropist thanked God for the gift of life and the abundance of His grace through the year.
He commended the zealousness, team-spirit and commitment of ONNA Media Community, and appreciated their unwavery support towards projecting the activities of the Peoples Democratic Party – PDP – and it candidates even as the elections draws nearer.
Members of the Media Community l were in high praises of their boss for his benevolence in this season of Christmas and promised to maintain a steady focus on the course of delivering excellent reportage.
Responding, Mr. Itiat Itiat MNITP, expressed gratitude to the host for his show of love and dedication to maintain the team beyond the elections season. He added that, Ven. Udonsek is indeed a man with a great heart.
Mr. Itiat who doubles as the Secretary of the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of the Peace Cup ’22 also used the occasion to invite the media community to the finals of the 2nd Edition of the David Udonsek Grassroot Football Tournament scheduled for Sunday 1st of January, 2023 at Akpabio Ukpa Sports Stadium ONNA by 3pm.
